2013 UFO Wrap Up

Do you ever fell like you don’t get much accomplished?  I sure do.  Then I sat down and  decided to do a little recap of the UFO’s from 2013.  There were 25 on the list…13 got finished.

I do have to say my favorite might be this one…Labor Day Madness.  It was my oldest UFO.

Now that I reminisced it’s time to get back to reality and check out my new UFO list for 2014.  I’m afraid that won’t be quite fun.

  1. Congrats on the finishes! Labor Day Madness is one of my favorite quilts, too. You know how the book says you can use the leftover pinwheels in another quilt? Well, it turns out that other pattern isn’t as big as LDM and I wanted a pair of twins. So I had to make 18 more blocks. Which, of course left me with 18 additional blocks that spun in the opposite direction. Yep, I have three pinwheel quilts and they are all my favorites!
