Country Threads…Shop Tour.

When I was over to Country Threads on Tuesday last week, I snapped a few picture in the shop and thought I would give you a little shop tour. The shop was all decked out for fall….

I love that Country Threads offers small projects and large projects.  Any of these small projects would be great for a beginning quilter, a gift or perfect to hang in a small spot.

This one is my favorite Halloween quilt though….

I had to check out the wool goodies too.

These pumpkins were so cute…temptation for me to purchase the pattern.

While I was shopping I was chatting with Mary asking about new things in the shop.  She said Moda’s new Candy and project book were a real hit with the people who came on the bus tours.  Check out the stacked pincushion….I love it!!!

Those little packs of square are just SO cute…. I checked out the punchneedle.  Mary said this was the most recent shop sample.  It’s big and super cute!!

This punchneedle has been tempting to me too but I didn’t cave in…yet.

So are you wondering what I bought…I couldn’t leave without buying something!!

I bought the wool patterns….will I ever get them finished??  Who knows.  It won’t be this week or next but hopefully after that I can squeeze in a little stitching. Here’s a couple more things I snapped pictures of….

This was cute and I would have bought it if it was about dogs rather than cats…I am not a cat gal.  Oh, but isn’t it so cute.

If I ever get my other wool patterns finished, I may come back and get these snowmen.

There was lots more to see and do but I had to pace myself….I am planning on being there again in a few weeks.

  1. This really looks like a shop I need to check out. Maybe next time I go home I can go there in person. But I love that you share it with us, Jo! Thanks so much!

  2. Cute, cute Halloween quilts. I wish I was one of those people who decorated for every holiday. (sigh) I wonder where those people store everything. I ordered my barn quilt from Country Threads. Everybody just loves it.

  3. Love this shop! It’s good for my wallet that I’m not within driving distance. These photos almost put me there. I remember the last time you did this I purchased two patriotic kits and a pattern from them online. I’m working this month on Crazy Jacks a Buggy Barn Pattern. I like Frankenstien in the first photo… Sandi
