Faith, Hope, Love Quilt

  • by

I have been sewing like crazy the last couple days….I missed it over the last couple weeks when I have been cleaning house.  Last night, I finished this Faith, Hope, Love wall hanging.

The wall hanging is going to be raffled off at our area Music Booster Dinner and Raffle on Sunday.  Hopefully someone who likes quilts and these colors will win it.  I was hoping that these colors had a bit of a fall feeling to them.  The quilt is from Anka Treasures Living Large Quilt Book.  Here’s a link to other color options from the author’s website.  It is one of my favorite quilt books…everything in it is made from layer cakes.  This quilt is made with a Tranquility Layer Cake that I got at my favorite precut quilt shop, Louann’s Quilt Garden and Retreat in Oelwein, Iowa.  Louann runs great sales and I often get layer cake precuts for $20…normally they are $35.  Who doesn’t love a great deal!?

P.S.  Go over to Canton Village Quilt Works for a chance to win this…or four other prizes.  Gotta love a giveaway!
