This week not much sewing went on. Â I did tackle some other projects. Â Watch for posts about that all week long. Â I did manage to get the borders on Nine in the Middle.
I am in love with this one….You can find the pattern in Bonnie Hunter’s Adventures with Leaders & Enders: Make More Quilts in Less Time!
I managed to get three Pineapple Crazy blocks done…not much for a week’s work. Â The garden has been calling… in fact, today is salsa making day!!

P.S.  Did you get a chance to check out ConAgra Foods’ great site, The Dish?
It is amazing how someone’s color or fabric choice can make you change your mind about a pattern. In the book this one was ok but didn’t tempt me to start another project. However yours is really calling my name. shame on you I don’t need another top started. I must be strong, but I really love yours. You do such beautiful work. I thought I was going to try the pineapple block but quickly determined that is not for me at least at this time. Have a good week.
I love this quilt; I think it’s the colors scheme that make it extraordinary. I see this quilt in my future. Thanks for sharing!
Nice quilt Jo. Do you need anything bright or neutral for your pineapple project? I know that brights aren’t something you have a bunch of. Sandi
This quilt is not on my “must do” list, but after seeing yours, I will have to check out my book again cause I just love your version…great borders!
Love the scrappiness of it great colors.

Looks beautiful! Have to pull my book and check it out.
I so agree with everybody who already said that Nine-In-The-Middle was sort of ho-hum to me when it was in Bonnie’s book, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your version. Please try to get a little lighter photograph of it because this one is kinda dark. You are so productive! Your quilts just sing!
I must say I never looked twice at the Nine in the Middle quilt in Bonnie’s book, but then I saw your quilt. I love the colors!
Great job!
Love that quilt! The book looks really good. I love Jennifer Chivarini books….. but I can never spell her last name!
I really love your quilt. hugs
Beautiful quilt! Love the colors.
