What I’m Working On…

I was hoping…but it didn’t happen.

Earlier last week I got some time to sit down at my sewing machine that is tucked away in the laundry room.  I had made a goal to try to sew a bit every day…but I didn’t make it that far.  My real hope was that I would make one Pineapple Crazy block every day….I wrote the post on the 25th.  That means I would need to have five made by today’s post.

If you count…there’s only four blocks.

I do have a few in progress….6 of them I think but just barely started.

I am hoping to show a few more to you next week…Hopefully seven.  Do you think I can do it?

It’s hard for me…I really should be in the quilting room and cleaning and organizing…but honestly, I could just use a bread for all of that.

Go on over to Patchwork Times and see what everyone else is working on.

  1. Jo,

Where is that pattern found? I am amazed that you got four finished. You are a very busy, energetic and productive lady. Quilt on!

  2. I think any progress on these blocks is great progress. They do take some time. Yours look fabulous. Sewing a few minutes every day is a good thing. Good luck to you. I keep thinking about setting up a sewing machine in my kitchen for when I have a few minutes. Much more productive that being on the computer. :)

  3. That one is on my bucket list! You are way ahead of me! I have papers ready and triangles sorted into their own tote. . . hoping for a snow day tomorrow! I am grading like a madwoman tonight, so I could sew some if school is cancelled!
