When Kelli was here over the weekend, she brought some in process projects that we have to finish up that have deadlines.
Kelli did something she is notorious for-she sewed the blocks and put the center of the quilts together but left the borders…then left the projects here for me to finish.
It’s not hard..but not exactly fun either. Â The project to the the right is a Christmas quilt that will be featured in Quilty Magazine. Â The project to the left is for another publication. Â Both need to be completed, quilted, bound, sleeved, labeled and to their distentions in early May.
It’s all do-able but I need to keep clipping along. Â On Saturday when I wasn’t feeling the hottest, I bound and sleeved 4 quilts.
Slowly but surely we’re getting through our list of deadline projects.

It sounds like your getting through the tough stuff. Hopefully you’ll soon be able to choose your projects yourself.
Was just wondering what the red and white fabric is that’s in the photo. It looks like a perfect fabric to use in a red and white quilt I’m stashing for. Thanks so much
WOW you are smoking. I spent the day trying to figure out why the quilt I was making wasn’t looking like the picture. then I took it apart made more blocks, and fixed it. Still have about 1/2 of the rows to put on.
