What I’m Reading: Prisoner B-3087

I just finished up listening to the audio book Prisoner B-3087 by Ruth Gruener.

This is juvenile fiction book about a Jewish young man from Poland who survived unbelievable odds during WWII.  This is based on a true story.  I did like the book.  It was faster paced than most Holocaust books that I’ve read.  It was also less detailed and a little more fact based….less emotional too.  It was still a good book.

It is so hard to believe that anyone could possibly end up at TEN different concentration camps and still survive.

Amazon readers say 4.8 stars…I’d say 4.2 stars.  There are other Holocaust books that I’ve felt more moved by.
