We had kids home for supper tonight so we decided to just not work on the house one night. Â We had two kids with their own individual dramas that were way more important than working on the house.
Karl was home and hadn’t  seen the house for a couple weeks so we decided to take him on a tour.  I was shocked to see this…That’s Kalissa showing it off.
There is a second floor with some walls and rafters. Â CALL ME HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here’s a view from the back of the house. Â That upstairs room my friends is my quilting room!
Remember we changed the original layout a bit so the two windows to the left and quilting room…the one window to the right in the addition is the bathroom.
It’s coming together and I couldn’t be happier…I am afraid that the shell is going together fast and then suddenly once they are working inside we’ll be back to the slow part. Â That’s okay though….at least workers are on site and something is getting done. Â HAPPY>>>HAPPY>>>HAPPY!!!
It’s great that the work is coming along really good! Happy for you!
Happy, happy, happy for you, Jo!
It is look SO great…and BIG!! Fingers crossed that the workers continue!!
I am enjoying seeing your house being built. It is looking good.
The good news is that when the outside is done, the weather doesn’t impact the interior work as much.
Fantastic!! I keep saying Christmas 2014:)
So very happy for you Jo. My goodness, this is going to be a BIG house. I’m excited to see the progress. All your hard work is paying off.
