Sunday Stash Report and a Giveaway

My stash report is REALLY boring this week nothing in…nothing out.  I have been cleaning like CRAZY over the last few days and I have a couple more days to go.  Yesterday just before bed I started the sewing room…if you’re a regular reader of my blog, you know that means good news for you…a GIVEAWAY!

Givaway-2

This is an “X” ruler with a pattern to use it..and another pattern.  My daughter Kayla was cleaning her sewing room and gave it to me but, I’m not going to use it so….let’s give it away to one of you!

Leave a comment…here on this post…and before I forget…this is the stash report.

Used year to Date:   77.5  yards
Added this Week:     0 yards
Added Year to Date:     26.5 yards

P.S.  I’m trying to reach 200 facebook fans…I’m close with 190 (there’s a like button on the right).  Feel free to follow me and help me reach my goal…but you certainly don’t have to.

I don’t need any of those things, I think I have them all. But all your cleaning is giving me ideas. Another blogger had a book sale after cleaning her sewing room. I think I might have to have a book and pattern sale.

I have seen the X – ruler but haven’t tried it. I would love to win the give away to have the opportunity to try it out. Thanks for thinking of other quilters.

Thanks for the giveaway – and thank your dd too. I enjoy following your blog – and dh is impatiently waiting for me to get going on the trivet. He wants to see why his friends have been collecting bottle tops for me ;-)

I don’t need the X ruler either, but I would like to get my closets and drawers cleaned out. I never thought of holding a drawing for the excess; it’s a great idea.

Oh I went to a quilt show yesterday and the x-block ruler was all the rage! I’d love a chance to win one! They make such neat quilts!

I already “like” you on FB, so I can’t help there. Hope you reach 200 soon!

I ALWAYS enjoy reading your stash reports and design wall Monday posts. I can’t tell you how many quilts I have on my “To Do” list because I saw them here. Then, of course there are the recipes! I’ve decided that I want to GIVE YOU the credit for my 5+ pound weight gain this past year. My family especially loves the salsa and cabbage recipes. Well, maybe the weight gain isn’t really your fault. Maybe it’s because I try all the recipes and then sit on my “you-know-what” and sew instead of moving around. Oh well, being a plump and happy quilter is ok with me. Keep on sewing (and cleaning). I’m ready to do the same and have a giveaway or two of my own. I don’t have the “X” ruler, but I’ve seen quilts made using it and thought that one day I would just have to get myself one. Of course that hasn’t happened yet. :-)
