Last week was so crazy for me. I’ve had a so many opportunities to laugh and cry. One of my happy accomplishments was getting this quilt quilted.
The quilt needs a binding yet but it’s Kelli’s quilt and she is going to do that…then the quilt is coming back to my house and we are going to do a video and tutorial for you. I love the quilt. I am typically not a red and green gal but this one is keeper. This was a collaborative quilt between Kelli and I. I did the design work and she did the sewing…part with my fabric and part with hers. I am SO happy to a finished quilt…one more off the list is a great accomplishment.
So my official stash report….

That is really a lovely quilt! I look forward to the tutorial. I hope you talk a bit @ how you selected the fabrics. They blend so well. Red & green in a traditional pattern can be jarring, but yours play so well together. I wonder if the pale gold helps in that regard?

Great use of scrappy complimentary colors! Maybe it is just the diagonal angle of the photo, but it looks like it was set on point? I hope to see the tutorial soon.
