We got LOTS of fabric in this week. Â We have a few things that we’re getting in order and ready for. Â This is a minor miracle but we are actually working ahead. Â That rarely happens for us so we’re celebrating!!
This box of fabric came from Moda for upcoming projects.
There is fabric there for a Halloween quilt. Â Neither of us have made one and thought it would be fun. Â There is backing fabric there for a deadline quilt that’s due out in June. Â The fabric in the front of the box…that’s what we are both squealing over. Â The fat quarter bundle on the left is Miss Kate..on the right is Petal Pushers. Â Both lines will be out in the coming months from Moda. Â Kelli has been trying to snitch them away from me but so far, I’m holding TIGHT!!

What fun to get to play with new fabrics before the rest of us! Do you get to keep the quilts as well?
Hi,,,,,just a little tip on what I do with pre-cuts and if I purchase coordinating fabric. They go in a clear tote that fits on the shelves where I keep all my fabric. You would be surprised at how much it holds. With pre-cuts that don’t have coordinating fabrics, I do the same thing and if you put them “on end” it is so easy to choose color collections. The totes just slide out easily and help to keep the stacks of fabric from tilting. Sew easy.
