I was in town and couldn’t resist stopping at my “used store” haunts. I found two good bundles of fabric.
Each, the blue stack and yellow stack, have about two yards worth of fabric. That’s great for girls like me who like their quilts scrappy.
We did have a finished quilt that you can see here but that fabric came from Kelli’s stash and I can’t count it as mine.
So here’s the stash report…
Used this Week: 10 store bought
Used year to Date: 160 yards store bought + 40.5 Moda fabric + 43.5 yards of recycled fabric…

Don’t forget to check out the $100 VISA gift card from Glidden and BlogHer given away.
How can you tell the fabrics are all cotton or does that matter to you? Unless there is a salvage still attached I can’t always tell.
I love Kelli’s PG&K quilt on Moda Bake Shop. It is going in my “must do” file.

I love family nicknames and yours is such a cute story! Love the quilt!
I wish I could find fabric at thrift shops and Good Will, you are always so lucky with it! I have a great box of cut down shirts from those places but no fabric. I only find bag after bag of Polyester. I see that someone has juct come out with a Holly Hobby lline of fabric mixing your “find with that line would make for a really cute quilt. Love Kelli’s quilt over at Moda Bake Shop, my nick name was Peanut when I was a kid because I have a Peanut Allergyand still do..
Lucky Lady! I wish I could find something like that at my thrift shops. :)
Those bundles are a great find!! I can see boy and girl baby quilts!!! Very vintage!!
