We did a little oops. Â We designed one of our deadline quilts with a square in a square block. Â We intended to make them without using the bonus triangle method and figured the yardage that way. Â We ordered the fabric. Â It came and we started sewing. Â AH!!!!! Â It wasn’t working the best and decided to go back to the method that gives us bonus triangles. Â That meant we were short of fabric.
Moda to the rescue!!!!!!!!! Â They sent more than enough fabric to cover our mathematical flub.
While sewing the quilt top, we ended up all of these bonus triangles. Â I have a plan for them and can’t wait to implement it. Â Don’t you love the fabric line?? Â It’s from Moda by Bonnie and Camille and is called Scrumptious. Â It was a joy to work with the fabric…it’s such a beautiful melding of colors.
I did finish up a quilt this week so I did have some yardage out. Â If you missed it, you can see it here.
