I am so happy…I had another finished quilt this week. If you missed it, you can see my “Hand me Downs” here.
I have been busy working on the West, Texas quilts. I have used some of my own fabric for binding strips.
This is my latest finished quilt. This one comes from Shirley. It has awesome embroidered blocks.
I have not done a lot of custom quilting and doing that is not easy…but all in all, I am happy with how it turned out.
Hubby and daughter Kalissa couldn’t believe it was the same quilt once I had it all quilted. It’s nowhere near wonderful but not bad for one of my first custom jobs.
Used this Week: 8 yards store bought + 6.5 yards recycled
Used year to Date: 74.5 yards + 28.5 Moda fabric + 24.5 yards of recycled fabric…
