Stash Report

So, like me, I bet you were wondering what was in the goody bag of fabric from Mary Jo….

Lots and lots of lovelies….A whole table full!

Fabric-1
There are some navy blues there that I am sure will be bindings for charity quilts….

I think this cheater cloth of cathedral windows is awesome.  That will make it’s way into something for sure.   I love the rich colors.  They are definitely my favorite colors.

Fabric-2

I’ve been wanting to someday make Bonnie Hunter’s Zuckerwatte quilt found in her String Fling book.  These will be perfect.  I’ve started a collection of fabric for it already.  These will pop right in with those.

Fabric-3

There are NEVER enough neutrals so I was excited to see these and the plaids will go with my shirt prints.  I’ve been itching to make a shirt quilt again.

Fabric-5

There was a beautiful collection of floral fabrics that Kelli is going to squeal over.  She…and I’ll admit me too…have been wanting to make a Bonnie Hunter Floribunda quilt.

Fabric-4
I can’t thank Mary Jo enough.  I have loved and enjoyed all the goodies she sent…I’ll be enjoying them long into the future too.  When I made Floribunda or Zuckerwatte..I’ll be thinking of her!

Today I’m hooking up with Patchwork Times.

  1. I’ve got some of that cathedral windows fabric in my own stash. Why is it that seeing the picture in yours makes me so desperate to dig it out and start a project? (I’m thinking it would make a great tote bag if I used it to practice some fancy free motion quilting…)
