I was at one of the local quilt shops this weekend and realized that I have never done a shop tour of for you. Â So I took some photos and I think you’re in for a treat.
There are actually TWO quilt shops in New Hampton. Â It’s a small town so it’s hard to believe that both of them can be in business but each has their own niche of customers and each provide good friendly customer assistance.
This is Quilter’s Window. Â I’ll give you a tour of the other shop next week.
Quilter’s Window (find their website here) was a Quilt Sampler’s featured shop a few years ago. Â Here’s pictures of quilts in the window with the reflection of the buildings across the street.
They always have a great selection of sample projects.
I’ve admired the string star table runner on the right.
Denise the shop owner works to keep the inventory fresh and interesting.
The shop is a nice size and there are lots of cute little vignettes.
Isn’t this the cutest embroidered towel? Â Denise has a gal that is a master embroiderer. Â Her work is flawless. Â There are nice patterns and wonderful towels in stock. Â I know my daughter Kayla would love these.
…more embroidery.
So many cute things are all around.
WOW…lots of brights.
If you are looking for a specific color of fabric the ease of finding it is awesome.
There are many bolts of fabric grouped by color.
Isn’t this little patriotic piece cute?
There are so many cute displays.
This is the Civil War section….
I like that they feature all types of fabrics.
I’ve been tempted by this project several times.
This is the baby and novelty print fabric room.
Check out the hedgehog with glasses!
Denise also offers machine quilting and a class room in the back. Â The store is set up nicely to accommodate both.
Check out this display….what do I see? Â Why it’s a copy of the latest issue of American Patchwork and Quilting. Â I know two girls who have a quilts featured in it this month….Yep Kelli and I have a quilt in it. Â I’m not showing it to you yet. Â Stop back tomoorrow and I’ll show you some pictures then.
So that’s the shop tour. Â It’s a nice shop…nice friendly service too.
If you have any question about any of the things you saw in the pictures. Â DO NOT CONTACT ME. Â Please contact Denise at Quilter’s Window. Â Here is a link to their website. Â You can find all of the contact information there….
