Quilt Book Review:

Last week I told you about a T-shirt quilt book.  That got me looking at other T-shirt quilt book and I stumbled across this one….Terrific T-Shirt Quilts:  Turn Tees into Treasured Quilts by Karen M. Burns.

I was really impressed with this book…I think their ideas for quilts are great.

This was a fun way to use different sized logos from the shirts….

This was a cute quilt made from the clothes of a little boy…

…and this one cute for a little girl…I love that two borders are pink and two green.

Here is the cover quilt.  I like this one a lot too.

This one is designed to use shirts with big logos.

I like how this one combined big and small logos.    It also shows good ideas from bringing a logo up to size.

This was fun for small shirts.

I really liked this one…I love the music note on it.  Perfect for a couple of my great-nieces and nephews that will be graduating this year.

Here is an eclectic version.

I’m from Iowa so of course, I would love this one!!  This could easily be done with Iowa Hawkeyes shirts as well.

No T-shirt book is complete without some directions on working with T-shirt fabric.

This book impressed me.  I’m going to forward some ideas on to my sister.  She has three grandchildren graduation this year and she is a grandma that makes T-shirts quilts…

You can find the book HERE on Amazon.
