Today is the last day of the Quiltmaker 100 Blocks Magazine blog tour. Â Have you been checking out all the sites? Â I know I love to. Â It often introduces me to a new blog and I love checking out new blogs.
We recently got our quilt from the Fall 100 Block magazine back from Quiltmaker. Â We called this quilt Monster Mash.
The quilt was made with this block.
Quiltmaker had a cute layout in their magazine too.
We had never made anything in Halloween colors and at the time, I thought I might want quilts out for every season. Â I’ve since nixed that idea and the quilt will be donated to a charity.
I quilted it with these big over-sized spiders. Â It was fun to quilt it!
This was made with fabric from Moda. Â They always have the best Halloween prints.
It’s nice to have another quilt home and with us again. Â We did debate about writing a free pattern for this one and adding it to the free patterns section here on the blog before we ship it out…anyone interested in that?
We are hooking up with Confessions of a Fabric Addict, Crazy Mom Quilts, and Link a Finish Friday.
What a great quilt – I’d love to see a free pattern!!
Yi would love to see a free pattern…this quilt is yummy!
I like that this quilt looks so complicated, but it is made from one block. Jo, your designing keeps getting better!
Always love free patterns, don’t you? Lol
My Mom and I have been following you for years. We just love seeing what you two are up to! We live nearby in Cresco. Thanks for representing our corner of the state so well!
Love the quilt, Jo and would love the pattern. Congrats again on the publication!
Yes please Jo I love your patterns….
A free pattern for the quilt would be great!

Nice block, but now I can’t get that song out of my head!! I have enjoyed the tour.
Really like your Monster Mash Quilt, and a free pattern would be great! Jo, I enjoy following you every day! Thanks!

A free pattern would be great–this a great Halloween quilt—-
Always up for one of your quilts, I am actually able to do most of them or will be able to do them once all the kids’ quilts are done. I’m so looking forward to making quilt just cause I like them & not so I have to make them if that’s clear as mud lol.

Come on really, who wouldn’t want such a cool pattern. I know I would. Thank you in advance for sharing. Also I ordered your book and I can’t wait to get it. I know I’ll love it because I was able to see all the pattern in advance. The hard part will be deciding which one to do first!
Your railroad crossing makes and interesting block.
As I was reading this post I kept thinking, “Oh, how I wish there was a pattern for the quilt!” So yes, I’d definitely love it if you could post a free pattern of it.
Love your block and would love the pattern. Thanks.
Yes, please!!!
