Instant Pot Ground Beef Lazy Lasagna Recipe

Kelli sent some pictures of the kids the other day.  Here they are:
Georgie with the boys in the background…

and this one of the boys…

Kelli is in love with the bowl the boys are using.  They suction to the highchair trays.  You can find them HERE.  They are saving her kitchen floor from being covered in food.

Eli and Emmett are SUPER messy eaters right now.  Eli can’t wear his glasses when he eats.  He gets them too messy.  Most nights Kelli just takes their clothes off, feeds them, and then right to the bathtub they go.  This night was no different.

I asked Kelli what was for supper.  She said, “Instant Pot Ground Beef Lazy Lasagna”.  She said it was really good.  It doesn’t look glamorous but that’s okay.  It’s the taste that counts.
She said it was really good and that she’d make it again.  You can find the recipe HERE.  She said she didn’t have sour cream so subbed cottage cheese as that’s what she uses in her oven lasagna recipe.

She also made THESE rolls to go with it.  She said they were okay but isn’t adding that recipe to her regular rotation.

That’s what’s new at the Hanken house.

  1. Those little kiddos are soooooo cute! So smart not to have clothes on when they eat. Real cute picture of them in the tub. The lasagne sounds good, but I don’t have an instant pot.

  2. Those 3 are so cute and I’ll bet more than a handful!! The bowls are an excellent idea!! I love the way the boys little toes curl!!
    You are a blessed grandma!!

  3. So adorable– cute, cute, cute!! I can’t imagine what it must be like with twins–and 3 little ones like that!
I think back–to my last 3 being 2 years apart–and that was doable for me– don’t know if I could have managed any closer ages!! Would love the lasagna — yummy!! Makes me hungry for the tastes!!

    1. Hi NJ. You are right. Kelli is a great momma. In the family we all say, if anyone was going to get twins, Kelli was the mom in the family that could handle it.

  4. That’s for sharing the lasagna recipe. I pinned it and passed message to my grand daughter in-law who has 5 under 10. They all love pasta so I think this will be a win win for them. Enjoyed seeing pics of Eli, Emmett, and Georgia. They are so cute.

  5. Such cuties all the way. I wish I had had a bowl like that for my daughter and grands. When feeding beginner eTers on their own the only way to dress them is in their diapers. My youngest sister was my 1st real memory of a beginning eater so cute and such a mess from head to foot. The pictures of your grands bring back sweet messy memories. Thank you Kelly and Jo for sharing the fun.

  6. They are so cute. How are they doing on the health front? I used to put a drop cloth or shower curtain under the high chair for my kids.
