I am home. Â I am tired but so happy.
I came home to ice cream and pizza from Kalissa…perfect.
My throat is sore from the anesthesia process so popsicles, Italian ice and creamy things are my favorites…I ate LOTS of them at the hospital-an embarrassing lot of them.
Ruby isn’t here. Â She’s with Kelli and that was really strange not to come home to a dog here at the house. Â She’ll come home tomorrow when Kelli comes.
I’ll write more tomorrow. Â For now I just wanted to say thanks for the thoughts and prayers and all the kind words. Â I had a blog reader come visit me this evening at the hospital and bring me a get well basket. Â It was SO-SO sweet. Â I’ll tell you more about that later!!
So glad to hear you are home. There’s nothing like being in your own bed when your not feeling well. Hope your recovery goes smoothly.
It is good to hear you are home. It is always easier to recoup at home than in the hospital, so much quieter and not so many people running around. Rest and feel better soon!
Good to hear you sound so perky! On another happy note, I had a short visit with Aunt Agnes today (at a funeral, unfortunately) she was just great. And she knew who we were…it is a bit of a stretch to make connections
well done. Now rest. Rest as thoroughly as you can.
Good to know, thanks for the update. Your blog readers know you like to stay busy but follow the doctors orders and take care of yourself. May you have a speedy recovery. God bless.
Glad to read that you are home, Jo! My best wishes to you for a speedy recovery!
Take care,
Penny
glad to know that you made it through ok, and that your are home, safe and sound.
I’m happy you’re back in your own little nest! As Dorothy said “There’s no place like home”. Being away makes home all the sweeter.
YOU ARE HOME!! How nice to wake up this morning and check the blog and see that you are at home. Take good care of yourself. Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers as you recover. Big hugs!
Now is the time you have to really take care of yourself. We are all glad that you are home. I will still keep praying for a full recovery.
I am glad you are home, I wish you a speedy recovery.
so glad you are home!!
take it easy and enjoy your ice cream….
hugs

Glad to hear you are home. Now is the time to follow the Drs orders without him/her standing over you. You will be in my prayers.
Glad to hear you made it home. Might I suggest branching out and trying gelato or frozen yogurt. Kwik Trip had a really good blackberry Greek frozen yogurt.
Oh, I’m so glad things went well and you are home and on the mend. Take care of yourself. Hugs!
