I’m Alive and Ok

Just so you know…I’m alive and ok.  I know it’s not often that I miss a day writing a post for the blog.

The garage sale was a lot more than I ever-ever intended.  Wednesday night finally got to bed after midnight.  Thursday morning I was up by 5:30am.

I had an appointment with my Childcare Resource and Referral gal as well as one from the food program representative…I had lots of extra paperwork and such that I had to do in conjunction with all of that but I am happy to say that I am now registered and now on the food program-two big goals that I wanted to accomplish.

My cold is awful…

Finally tonight Hubby said get to bed.  I said no, “I had already had a couple blog readers contact me and I have to write a blog post.  I don’t want them to worry”.  Then he rolled his eyes and he said “It better be a short blog post”.

So this is my short blog post letting you know I’ m okay.  I did want to tell you that I have a really great wonderful and awesome daughter though.  While I write, she’s cleaning my kitchen.

Kelli is a little overprotective of me and like her dad, thinks I’m over doing it.

So I am off to bed.  Don’t worry about me…I’ll be back tomorrow with a blog post and hopefully will be back to my normal self too.

  1. The “Coughing Cold” seems to be sweeping the nation and it drags on and saps me of my energy. I hope you are able to kick it to the curb, but after two or three weeks, I needed help from an antibiotic from the Dr.’s office. Get well soon!

  2. Jo,
Take that cold seriously! Get plenty of rest, fluids, the usual……
If it’s been more than 10 days and I think, maybe…get to the doctor. This one will linger if not dealt with properly. I’m not kidding.

  3. So good to hear from you. I figured the garage sale was taking up a lot of your time and energy. Take care of yourself. Be well!

  4. Don’t worry about blogposts, your fsmily is right-focus on getting rest and getting better!!! You’ve got a very full plate. We can wait. :)
