Hey all…I got a note from Jill it reads:  “I bought these fabrics several years ago to make a picnic quilt. I purchased them at Joann’s because I saw the free pattern using these fabrics and fell in love with it. Problem is, I can’t find the pattern. I was wondering if you could possibly help me locate it. I don’t mind if you ask others in your blog. If you could help, that would be great. Thanks is advance.”
Here’s a picture of the fabric.
Does that jump out to anyone? Â Does anyone know the pattern Jill might be thinking of or a resource to find it?
I have no clue but I can feel Jill’s pain. Â I think most of us at one time or another have misplaced a pattern. Â If you know please leave a comment here for Jill to read.
I have no clue. Â I do have one suggestion though. Â How about reading the name on the selvage and then googling it. Â Who knows, something might come up. Â I do know that I have had a piece of the yellow fabric given to me in a scrap bundle before so maybe just maybe the person who gave it to me is reading the blog now and might recognize it.
Thanks for the help readers….
Jill should check out the Projects & Inspiration section of the Joann’s website for the pattern. The sewing section has lots of projects and can be narrowed down to quilting. To scroll quickly through, I changed the view to 90 to a page. I had to stop, because I found 4 great projects in just the first few minutes. Good luck!
Contact Joanns with the picture and question and also contact the manucturer on the selvage. I did that once when the pattern was even deleted as free and they sent it to me to print out. Another time I bought a Block of the Month Kit and one pattern was missing. The company generously sent the info.
the ant fabric (love it!) is from Timeless Treasurers. they have 24 pages of projects here:

Not a clue but I feel her pain. I cut out a whole quilt more than 5 yrs ago. Fabric is all labeled but I have no clue as to what pattern I used. Of course I did not write that information down. Now I write everything down!!
