In November I did a blog post telling you all about how much I liked Head & Shoulders Eucalyptus Itchy Scalp Care Products. In the post I explained how I’ve been plagued with an itchy dry scalp all of my adult life.
At the time I tried the shampoo and conditioner, I had only tried it for two weeks. Over that trial time, my scalp itch had gotten better, and the flaking had greatly improved.
Remember I was a little skeptical when the product said, “Advanced formula relieves scalp itch, dryness, irritation and helps prevent flakes while improving hair and scalp health.” Today I thought I would give you an update.
I continued using the shampoo through Christmas time, and I found that it truly did exactly what it said it would: “relieve scalp itch, dryness, irritation and helps prevent flakes while improving hair and scalp health.” Then Head & Shoulders surprised me again by coming out with something new.
It is still a Head & Shoulders product only this time, it is scented!! Can you believe scented shampoo and conditioner that still controls itching and flaking??
It smells like green apples.
I’ve been using it for two weeks now, and so far my hair is styling great. It’s smelling wonderful-and no flakes. Honestly, I am starting to feel like a “normal” person-no itching, no flaking, and great smelling hair. After being plagued for years and years with itchy, flaking scalp, I thought I would never be able to get rid of it. But I am…What a treat!
With other dandruff shampoos I found myself needing extra hair products to give my hair body and to make it shiny looking. Not with Head & Shoulders.
My hair is looking better than it ever has. It’s great to have a product that can give me both a healthy scalp and healthy hair.
As I was in the shower shampooing my hair the other day, I noticed the Head & Shoulders Green Apple bottles were almost half gone. I think someone else in the house has been using my Head & Shoulder Green Apple scented shampoo and conditioner.
Previously there was no one in the house that would come near the stinky T-Gel shampoo I used.
Apparently now, with the apple scent, my shampoo has gotten the stamp of approval by someone else in the house. By my calculations, I am guessing it’s my daughter; she doesn’t even need dandruff shampoo. It’s the scent she must like.
I can honestly say I love both of Head & Shoulders products, Eucalyptus Itchy Scalp version and the Green Apple scented version. It is such a relief to not be itching and worrying about flaking.
