Have you seen ConAgra Foods’ great site, The Dish?
Wait…you might be wondering who ConAgra Foods are, so let’s start there. ConAgra is responsible for some of my favorite brands of foods: RO*TEL, Hunt’s, Reddi-wip, LaChoy, Swiss Miss and host of other great brands you can find here.
I recently found out about ConAgra’s new site “The Dish“. I had to go over and check it out. One of the first things I found was a recipe I am passing along to my son Karl in hopes that he’ll make it for supper, Beef Ravioli Lasagna. Karl likes to cook but needs some recipes that aren’t very hard to create but something he’ll love to eat. This one sounds perfect.
After checking the site out more I also found a recipe for Spicy Chicken Enchiladas. George Duran the chef responsible for these recipes also has a feature called “On the Grill”. He share tips and ideas for grilling. I know could sure use that….I am not one of those lucky gals whose husbands handles the grill. Around here, I do the grilling.
I have found articles there that have really been informative for me as a blogger, too. I’ve read an article on expanding my blog and one on creating more blog traffic. I can’t believe what a wide variety of information all in one site.
The Dish actually has four main content areas:
- Seasonal Spotlight – the latest tips and trends to provide seasonally relevant content
- Recipe Resources – a collection of the top-rated recipes from ReadySetEat and ConAgra Foods’ sites
- Ask Our Team – a panel of ConAgra Foods experts available to answer questions. Experts include: Phil Lempert, savings expert; Dan Skinner, editor-in-chief; Carelys Hepburn, Hispanic resources; and Abby Penich, ReadySetEat Community Manager
- First Look, First Taste – the latest promotions and products from ConAgra Foods; this section contains exclusive content only available to those who become a member (you just need a blog URL to apply)
See what I mean…lots of variety in topics!!
If you want to be a part of the fun you will want to
1) sign-up and become a member of The Dish
2) follow @ConAgraDish on Twitter
3) request product samples from the First Look, First Taste section
ConAgra is off offering a chance for one of my reader to win a $50 Visa gift card. To be entered for a chance to win, visit The Dish and let me know which of the four sections you think you’ll find the most useful.

ASK OUR EXPERTS WOULD BE NICE TO GET SOME INFORMATION FROM RESPECTED EXPERTS RATHER THAN JUST ANYONE NOT-SO-KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT YOU’RE ASKING.
