Traci is one of our newer finishers and she has three great quilts to share with us today.

“I have three more quilts to share today.Â

I quilted this in a leaf pattern in Khaki colored thread. The backing was …
in my stash. It will be bound by the Quilts for Kids organizer. There is always a need for some larger quilts for older kids so this is perfect.Â
I quilted This John Deere top with khaki thread in the pattern tracks.

I used a camo flannel from my mom’s stash for the back. This will also be bound by QFK. (Quilts for Kids)

This last one is a perfect example as to how quilting completely changes a top. The daisies really bring it to life. I pieced the back with fabrics from my mom’s stash. They were perfect for this quilt. Â

This is another larger quilt that will go to and be bound by QFK.Â
What a great group of quilts. I do agree with Traci on how the dairy motif helps that last quilt shine. I think the mood of a quilt can really be enhanced by the choice of a quilting motif. There are so many things to consider when picking a quilting motif. I think Traci rocked it!!
Many thanks to Traci and the Cresco Ladies for making these quilts happen. Also a big shout out to Traci’s mom for sharing her stash and to the great people at Quilts for Kids for doing the binding on these.
Nice quilting Traci! I love the texture your quilting adds to these quilts.
I love the daisies on the last quilt. It’s lovely to hear about another bunch of people working together for a good cause.
Good job Traci, and also thanks to Traci’s Mom and the Cresco ladies. Very nice quilts.
Such pretty work. I have some panels that came from an estate sale. Is their anyone who would like them? I’m at lissa.davis2@gmail.com, no charge, just want them to go to a good cause.
Beautiful work, Traci! Love your quilting and fabric choices!
