We have someone new to finishing Community Quilts…Robin.
I’m always happy to get someone else interested in finishing tops. I still get tops in and am always looking for a home for them. Feel free to contact me if you’re interested in getting tops…I only ask that you send pictures back of the finished quilts and let us know where you are donating the quilts to.
Now for Robin’s quilts. She writes:
“You sent me six quilts to finish a few weeks ago. I have three finished. The batting…
backing, and binding all came from my stash.
I did a simple stipple on two and on the Christmas theme one I did loops. The first one measures 37x 47 number two is 41×41 and the Christmas one is 34 x 45. I will be donating these to a local board and care facility to be used as lap blankets for wheelchair patients.
I will send photos of the other three when finished.”
Awesome!! All of these tops were donated by the Cresco Ladies. I’m sure they will be happy to know that three elderly will be enjoying their work. Great job on finishing these Robin. They turned out fantastic!!
A new finisher – how nice! Hooray for Robin!
