I have quilts from Ray to share with you today. He’s been extra busy…read along and see what he’s been up to.

“The Cresco ladies made this wonderful quilt with a wide variety of quilting and sewing-related ads as well as some very wise sayings.
Add a big dose of ….creativity and you have this quilt. I love how it all works together.
I used the stipple motif with bone-colored thread to longarm it.Â
My thanks to you, the Cresco ladies, and the unknown backing donor for the materials to make this quilt.
The Cresco ladies sent me this little quilt to finish and donate. It was just what the doctor ordered today. I needed some fun and this quilt is FUN!!!
Check out these brightly colored frogs that are interspersed with some awesome brightly colored blocks and then finished off with a big dose of dark purple border.
There is only one motif to use with a frog quilt and that is the Ribbit motif. Then I went and topped it off with some lime green thread on the top.
I am not sure where the backing came from but the top was folded up with the pink backing. More fun with dark purple thread on the back.
My thanks to you and the Cresco ladies for a much-needed and fun quilt to finish.
I love the geometry that went into the design and how well Barbara did with getting the ribbons to weave. Great quilt.
I used the daisy motif to compliment the bright floral ribbons in the center of the quilt.
The backing is from the stash from Arline H.
My thanks to you, Barbara, and Arline for your generous support in finishing these quilts.”

Such a lovely group of quilts–thanks everyone for your efforts.
Great job on all of the quilts. I especially loved the frog quilting. So cute and so appropriate!
The frog fabric and ribbet quilting is just delightful. Well done to everyone who contributed to the making of this lovely group of quilts!
I always enjoy reading Ray’s posts – they are always so gracious and appreciative of everyone who contributed and that must encourage even more tops, backings and bindings to be sent his way. A real gentleman.
