Community Quilts from Ray

Ray has quilts to share from Arline and Arlyn.

He writes:

One step closer to meeting my goal of quilts for the veteran dinner in November, thanks to Arline H., formerly of FL. Arline made this beautiful quilt.

It includes some fussy cutting to make some of the blocks in the quilt. Hopefully you can see her handiwork.

Great quilt!

My thanks to you and Arline for all of your extraordinary support.

The longarm is humming away, and I squeezed in this beautiful red, white, and blue quilt from Arlyn P in MA.

Arlyn says the pattern name is Plaidish.

Veterans Day is going to be here before I know it, and I need to get a few more finished.

My thanks to you and Arlyn for your awesome support.

WOW!! Those are both awesome additions to the Veteran’s Day program of quilts. I know I love them both! Great work, ladies, and great work, Ray. Those turned out great.

You are a jewel, Ray. I am amazed by the # of people that send you things for the veterans that you manage to finish. I’m so sure that the veterans that receive them are grateful and feel loved and respected by all who participate and that’s how ALL our veterans should be made to feel.

  2. Beautiful, beautiful!! Both quilts are so unique and pretty. The veteran who receives one of these will be blessed and fell cozy and loved. Thanks Ray, Arlin, and Arlyn!!

  3. I love both these quilts for your Veterans Day project. They are certain to be much appreciated. Recognizing the contributions these veterans made is so important.
