Community Quilts from Ray

Ray is truly on a roll finishing quilts. I sure wish I were. HA!!

Ray writes:

I finished another beautiful quilt from Arline H. formerly from FL.

I love the way she combined some HSTs and flying geese to make this top. What a great combination!!

And the color combination really adds to the excitement.

My thanks to you and Arline for your great support of community quilts.

Here again to spread a bit more red, white and blue with this finished quilt that was sent to me by Arlyn P. in MA.

The colors really pop on this quilt and the pattern is awesome.

It is going to trill someone at the veteran dinner in November.

My thanks to you and Arlyn for your support.

Oh my goodness…fun quilts that aren’t traditional block-by-block designs. One of the reasons I love the community quilts series here on the blog is seeing all of the great designs you all come up with. Great work Arline and Arlyn. Of course, many thanks to Ray for his work!!

  1. I enjoy seeing what other people make for community quilts. It gives me ideas on what to make for quilts that I can work on. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Wow! Such pretty quilts. I certainly would like the pattern for the RWB one. The green and blue reallyiq an eye popper. Thanks Ray, Arline, and Arlyn!
