Community Quilts from Elizabeth

I have some community quilt finishes to share with you today.

Elizabeth writes:
You sent me some quilt tops a few months ago which I am still working through, but I will be happy to take more if you need a home for some.  I quilt on my sewing machine so lap size or smaller is my preference.  I have backing fabric and batting.  A group I belong to distributes them to new mothers, hospitalized children, and senior citizens as well as children in foster care. I finished three other ones as well.”

I believe these tops all came from the Cresco ladies.  Here is a fun eye-spy looking charm quilt.

This is a fun strippy quilt with cute little flamingos included.

These are nicely finished and ready to be donated to a local neonatal unit.

Elizabeth was really busy and sent along even more pictures of quilts that she finished.  All of these I believe were tops from the Cresco ladies.

These are all so nice and sure to be well-loved.

Elizabeth did such a nice job on these…

The center panel of this quilt is “Why God Made Little Girls”.  The Cresco ladies did a boy version of this quilt too.  I finished it and donated it for a benefit.

I know the panels were donated by another blog reader and I passed them to the Cresco ladies.  How fun!

Elizabeth is a newer member of the group of people that are finishing quilts.

I am thrilled to have her on board!!  Thanks so much to Elizabeth and the Cresco ladies for your work on these wonderful community quilts.

All the quilts posted today and this week have been so pretty and will be welcome gifts for someone to receive. Just by looking at all these pretty quilts it is helping me get inspired to get back to my sewing again.
    Thanks for sharing.

What a nice show of quilts today. I really enjoy seeing what the Cresco ladies create and then Elizabeth did a super job finishing them. I have tried my hand at quilting with my domestic machine and it was a true failure, so bravo Elizabeth.
