Surprises in my email box and surprises in my snail mail box all from Vic over at Park Hill Farm.
First surprise….a picture of this beautiful quilt…
Vic made it using my Chain of Faith pattern that was featured on Moda Bake Shop. Â I love it! Â The colors are deep and rich. Â It’s shown hung at her local quilt show. Â There are lots of pictures from the quilt show over on Vic’s blog that you won’t want to miss so head on over and check them out. Â Leave a comment and tell her I sent you! Â If you’re up for some eye candy…you’re in for a treat. Â There are lots of beautiful quilts there.
In my snail mail box I got a package from Vic….in it, neutrals! Â Lots of neutrals!! Â On Monday I showed you pictures of Kelli and I working on our Perkiomen Daydreams quilts. Â I had said that we were running out of neutrals…well Vic to the rescue!! Â She sent us a whole STACK. Â We should be good for awhile now!!
I can’t thank you enough Vic.  I am SO blown away by the generosity of quilting bloggers.  This month, I have been especially BLESSED.  Thank you!
My two oldest girls are here for the weekend. Â I think Kayla is going to help Kelli and I work on the Perkiomen Dreams quilts. Â Kayla hasn’t had a test run with my Featherweight Betty so she was hoping to try her out. Â I’m sure it will be a fight between the girls over who can sew with Betty. Â It’s not like there aren’t other sewing machines here..my treadle….Mildred…my Bernina and my newest machine….Gladys. Â Oops….I haven’t told you about Gladys yet. Â Yep…another machine. Â Yes, I have now purchased three sewing machines in six weeks…I can explain..honest, but that’s a story for another day. Â Stay tuned…..
Hiya Jo!
I’m so glad to send over some neutrals to a fellow Bonnie addict who has begun to branch out on her own! Your free quilt patterns and wonderful storytelling have both kept me happy and entertained for days on end. It is for me to thank YOU! Vic in NH
