I had some apples that needed to be used in the refrigerator so when I saw this recipe for Baked Apple Tortillas I knew I’d want to try it.
You can find the full recipe HERE.
It’s quick and really easy…..Chopped apples with lemon juice. Then a cinnamon, sugar, flour mixture.
Add the apples and rolled them up. Place in a greased pan.
Then butter, cinnamon and sugar again.
In the oven they go and come out like this….
I thought about making a drizzle of cream cheese frosting but Karl suggested Reddi Whip on top. Oh my. YUM!!
It was VERY easy. Something you could make with kiddos too. I’m gonna be making these again for sure.
If you missed the recipe link above, you can find the full recipe HERE. As always, let me know what you think of them.
They look delicious! I’ll be trying them soon. Thanks!
When I bake I use Reynolds wrap parchment. Things come out nicely and cleanup is easy.
Look up the apple pie chimichangas. Kinda same concept, but theres a caramel sauce you pour over before you bake.
Try with cherry pie filling.Very good
Looks so yummy & apple pie is a fav of mine so will try soon! Thanks for sharing Jo!
Those look delicious but I think vanilla or salted caramel ice cream would be really good with them!
They do look very good. I could have fun using all kinds of different fruits with these.
The link for the recipe is broken. Would you please send me the recipe.
