About Me

I’m just popping in with a quick note.

A blog reader pointed out to me that I hadn’t updated my “About Me” page for a LONG time.  I looked and she was so right.  I think it was the end of 2014 when I last updated it.  WOW.  SO MUCH life has happened since then.

We published a quilt book.  We bought and gutted a foreclosure house.  We moved to town.  We had grandkids…5 currently.

But the biggest change, we became me.  My husband, Kramer, passed away in June of 2019.

If you take a look at the page, find it HERE, you’ll see that I included my email address…my mailing address and little run down on the kids and grandkids. This way you have all the info at your fingertips.

If there is anything else you’d like to see on the page, let me know.

  1. Jo, your blog is a joy to read. The little glimpses into your life help me keep things in my world in perspective. I am an early riser and a morning person so I typically start the day checking for a new post from you.( of course that means I sometimes start the day with a few tears) I think you are very brave to share your feelings and thoughts so generously. I am going to give a little jab here. . . I too am doing BHs Frolic mystery (my first). At this point it is way more fun than the 250+ star blocks in your bright side quilt! I am working through those now. I do 25 per week at our weekly sew day. I try not to count, but I think I have 50-75 left. Fortunately sewing with a great group of friends every week is what it is all about so thanks for a great project and thanks for all of the “heart” you share with us.
