What I am working on

Well UFO #9 was picked to work on this month…so I pulled it out.

Well I have two lists of UFOs.  When I made the two lists my original hope was to finish two UFO’s a month but that isn’t happening.  Instead it is allowing me to chose which one I want to work on.

So is it the quilt from the American Patchwork and Quilting…..

OddsandEnds

Or is it Hand Me Downs….

HandMeDowns

I think it will be Hand Me Downs but before that happens I need work on this.

I need to get this done before the retreat I am going to at the end of the month.  I had made this quilt long ago but blogged about it last year when I finished it as a UFO.  I gave it away to a friend.  Then later was asked to teach it as a class.  I have no class sample so….I guess I need to make another one….to do..to do.  It’s not typical for me to make more than one of the same quilt but this time, I guess I am.

To see what others are working on, check out Patchwork Times.

LOL — are your lists making your “what to work on” decisions more complicated rather than less so? I like both the scrappy projects. What issue of AP&Q has that first one?

I have a list too…..a really really LONG list. I hope to finish 10 UFO projects this year. Good luck to you with yours :)

Jo–Many mnay to do lists so I just picked one and it is labels for the backs of projects. How are you with labels?

Lists are good… Your projects look fun…are both scrappy? they looked like it to me. Love that.

Either of your projects would be fun to work on!! Love that you have 2 lists to pick from—-I could do the same thing myself. I am currently trying to finish a quilt top that is 10 years old–I now know why I put it away–it has embroidered blocks and they are taking forever. I also have to give it away when it is done & I think I am not ok with that anymore!!!! Are you going to do the class samples with the same type of fabrics you did the first time around???? It may be fun to do it with a different scheme of fabrics to make it seem different. Good Luck on your projects. Judy
