Sunday Stash Report

Last week was so crazy for me.  I’ve had a so many opportunities to laugh and cry.  One of my happy accomplishments was getting this quilt quilted.

KellisQUilt-1

The quilt needs a binding yet but it’s Kelli’s quilt and she is going to do that…then the quilt is coming back to my house and we are going to do a video and tutorial for you.  I love the quilt.  I am typically not a red and green gal but this one is keeper.  This was a collaborative quilt between Kelli and I.  I did the design work and she did the sewing…part with my fabric and part with hers.  I am SO happy to a finished quilt…one more off the list is a great accomplishment.

So my official stash report….

…and to see more stash reports, head on over to Patchwork Times.  I’m hooking up with Crazy Mom Quilts too…Check some great quilt finishes.

Beautiful quilt – and so much more meaningful when you’re doing it with family! Looking forward to your tutorial. But one question, who REALLY gets to keep it? ;-)

a tutorial….does this mean you will be sharing the pattern so we can make this quilt? I love stars and i really like the red and green fabrics. Can’t wait to see it completely finished. Great job to both of you.

That is really a lovely quilt! I look forward to the tutorial. I hope you talk a bit @ how you selected the fabrics. They blend so well. Red & green in a traditional pattern can be jarring, but yours play so well together. I wonder if the pale gold helps in that regard?

Great use of scrappy complimentary colors! Maybe it is just the diagonal angle of the photo, but it looks like it was set on point? I hope to see the tutorial soon.

Hi, I love your red and green quilt. It is my favorite color combination all year round. Reminds me of a quilt I made years ago.
